You received incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information;

You were poorly received, or the behavior of one of our staff was inappropriate;

You are dissatisfied with the speed or availability of our services.
These complaints relate to the services provided by Fedris.
Complaints we cannot handle:

Anonymous complaints;

Complaints about services or decisions older than one year;

Complaints about a decision in your file (in that case, you can contact the labour court);

Complaints about regulations and their interpretation;

Complaints about matters for which the AFA is not competent.

If your complaint does not lead to the desired resolution, you can contact the Federal Ombudsman.
